Suggested Use: For adults, take one (1) tablet per day with liquid 30 minutes before bed time. For best results, drink

Triphala Blend Extract (Amala, Behada, Harada), Aloe vera (leaf), Senna(leaf), Slippery elm(bark), Dandelion(leaf), Psyllium
Husk(powder), Fennel (seed), Ginger(root), Cinnamon (bark), Clove(buds).
Other ingredients: Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscamellose Soium, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silic. (All from
non-animal sources)

Warning: Always consult your doctor before taking any dietary supplements. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea,
loose stools or abdominal pain, because Aloes and Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
