Shipping + Returns


We are happy to announce that shipping is FREE for all orders traveling within the United States » which includes » Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, US Virgin Islands, & US Minor Outlying Islands. When free shipping is selected at checkout, orders are sent via the best method which is dependent upon the shipping address and the size of the order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and you will receive all tracking details upon shipment.

AutoShip (Recurring) Delivery

We are happy to offer our recurring delivery service for those who wish to have their products received on a particular schedule.

To set up a recurring shipment, simply go to the product page of the item you would like to create an AutoShip recurring order for and click on the button that says "
Subscribe & save". Beneath this button you can select the delivery option that best suits your schedule & then click "Add to Cart". You can make any schedule changes, quantity changes or order cancelations in your "Manage Subscriptions" section of your Account. There are no commitments or fees for canceling or changing your schedule! All customers will receive an email 3 days prior to processing an order, in case any changes need to be made.

Subscribe & save" on a particular item's product page, please Contact Us directly and we can see if we can schedule it for you! Kindly provide us with the item name(s) (or SKUs) + the requested schedule & we'll confirm the rest.


Items are shipped via best rate method and packages are typically mailed via USPS, unless requested otherwise during checkout. Most orders ship within 24 hours and all tracking details are emailed to the customer. If an account was setup during checkout, all tracking details can be found under "Account".

International Shipping

We also ship to many countries outside the USA! To see the complete list and for more information, check out our International Shipping page. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available! Please keep in mind our 24 hour processing time (Monday-Friday). Estimated deliveries are best calculated as follows: 24 hour processing time + carrier ETA's (depending upon the shipping method selected at checkout).

Heat Sensitive Items

All items which are designated as temperature sensitive by the manufacturer are shipped on ice via expedited mail Monday through Thursday only.  No need to select expedited shipping upon checkout! Please note that many manufacturers are including strain overages to ensure stability & potency during shipment & to account for any losses which may occur. Heat sensitive items are always shipped on ice to maintain temperatures for the majority of travel, however it is not unusual for the ice pack to be melted upon arrival & possibly warm to the touch. According to the manufacturers, product integrity is maintained by simply refrigerating it upon arrival.

Return Policy

We accept unopened items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund*. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

*Return Exceptions include: Heat sensitive items, special order items, sale items, or products purchased in bulk (5 or more of the same item was purchased).

*Return shipping fees may be applicable and deducted from the refund total.

*Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

Step 1 » Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return so that we can issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number).

Step 2 » Kindly repackage all items for safe return & to be received in original and new condition. We are not responsible for any damage or breakage during return shipment. 

Step 3 » Make sure to include the RMA within your package to ensure proper processing.

Incorrect Items Received

If you have received something you did not order we are happy to fix the problem right away by either reshipping the correct item(s) or processing a full refund. We will provide all prepaid return labels needed to initiate a return of the items you did not order, at no cost to you.

Returned Items + Package Forwarding

If we receive a package that has been returned to us for any reason, we will reach out to you via email to let you know how you would like for us to proceed. Recharges for reshipments or restocking fees may be applicable in some cases.

For orders that have been shipped to a forwarding address, these packages may have a longer than expected delivery date. We apologize, but we cannot guarantee arrival dates on these packages.
