Email Order Instructions: Simply email us at the address mentioned above with the item numbers & quantities requested. You will then receive an email from PayPal with an outlined invoice and easy link for payment. You do not need a PayPal account to process your payment and you can use your preferred method of payment. Invoices can be canceled or edited at any time. Once payment is made, we will receive an email notification from PayPal of your payment. Your order will begin processing upon cleared payment, and we will email you with all tracking details once your order has shipped.

Simply go to the product page of the item you would like to create an AutoShip recurring order for and click on the button that says "Subscribe & save". Beneath this button you can select the delivery option that best suits your schedule & then click "Add to Cart".
You can make any schedule changes, quantity changes or order cancelations in your "Manage Subscriptions" section of your Account. There are no commitments or fees for canceling or changing your schedule! All customers will receive an email 3 days prior to processing an order, in case any changes need to be made.
If you don't see the button for AutoShip on a particular item's product page, please Contact Us directly and we can see if we can schedule it for you! Kindly provide the item name(s) (or SKUs) + the requested schedule & we'll confirm the rest!

International shipping costs are based upon the weight and distance of the package. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, add any items to your cart and head over to the “View Cart” page. Click on "Add Info" next to "'Shipping" to view different shipping methods and costs. Please note that this estimator does not actually calculate any customs fees or taxes which may be incurred upon delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page of the item purchased. Orders are shipped via best method, unless you selected a specific method of shipment at checkout.
If you selected free shipping at checkout, please allow for 3-5 business days to receive your order.
If you selected expedited shipping at checkout, please remember to allow for our 24 hour processing time when expecting your shipment.
Your order status can be checked within your "Account” console. Here you will see if your order is “Pending” or in process of shipment, or “Complete” with full tracking details provided with link to carrier delivery status. You will also receive an email with all tracking details for your reference.
All of our items are stored in a temperature controlled professional office. Items which are heat sensitive are refrigerated at all times, until shipped on ice via expedited mail to their final destination.
We accept unopened items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund*. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
*Return Exceptions include: Heat sensitive items, special order items, sale items, or products purchased in bulk (5 or more of the same item was purchased). We are also unable to cancel bulk purchases after an order has been placed.
*Return shipping fees may be applicable and deducted from the refund total.

Return Instructions:
Step 1 » Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return so that we can issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
Step 2 » Kindly repackage all items for safe return & to be received in original and new condition. We are not responsible for any damage or breakage during return shipment.
Step 3 » Make sure to include the RMA within your package to ensure proper processing.
