Suggested Use:
Use daily for children 6-24 months of age. Shake well before each use as some separation is normal. Using only the syringe provided, add 1 mL to food or liquid. Wash and dry syringe after use.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Not for children under 6 months of age. Consult a pediatrician before use. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days after opening.
