Why a probiotic?
Probiotics are live, beneficial microorganisms that can positively affect your digestive and immune systems by maintaining the balance of good bacteria throughout your digestive tract.
Strength: Minimum 2 billion probiotic microorganisms per capsule (2x10 CFU/capsule), equivalent to 10 billion probiotic microorganisms per gram (<1x10 CFU/gram).
Directions for use: 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with food, or as recommneded by your doctor or healthcare practitioner. Bio-Kult capsules can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled onto food, mixed with a drink or swallowed whole.
If you are taking antibiotics: Take 4 capsules daily, ideally at a different time of day from antibiotics. Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after completion of the antibiotic course.
For travellers: 1 week before travel follow guidelines for general use. During travel take 4 capsules daily. Continue to take for at least 1 week following the end of travel.
Children under 12: Half adult dose.
Pregnancy: Bio-Kult is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we would alwyas suggest consulting your doctor or healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement.

Ingredients: Cellulose (bulking agent), Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose). Contains milk and soy. Does not contain egg, fish, peanuts, shellfish, wheat, yeast, gluten or corn.
Allergen advice: Bio-Kult contains traces of soy and milk as these are used in the growth media of the strains. Traces of milk are at a level that would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers. Bio-Jult is a non-GMO product.
